In a case brought by the ED which was initiated by the Income Tax Dept. under the Black Money Act, his extradition has been ordered. Bhandari, who is related to Robert Vadra, the brother-in-law of Congressman Rahul Gandhi, fled India in 2016 after his residence was raided on suspicion of holding confidential information regarding the nation’s defence acquisitions.”In the last 8 years, there has been no case of scams in our government.
