If you hold your Bitcoin keys in a self custody wallet, never fall for any fake updates or upgrades asking for your seed phrase keys.
There are going to be tons of new scams as Bitcoin goes to 10 million or more a coin, and they will do anything to get your seed phrase and keys.
Never sell Bitcoin and never give anyone your keys for any reason at all.
