The issue of fraudulent activities by multi-state cooperatives and financial schemes in Maharashtra was addressed, with a focus on strict action against the culprits. The Maharashtra Depositors Protection Act was highlighted, ensuring that assets of defaulters would be seized and sold to repay depositors. It was emphasized that the public should remain cautious of high-interest schemes, as they often lead to fraud. Devendra Fadnavis also announced the creation of a Financial Intelligence Unit to monitor and prevent Ponzi schemes and financial fraud in the state.

महाराष्ट्रातील मल्टीस्टेट सहकारी संस्थांद्वारे होणाऱ्या फसवणुकीच्या प्रकरणांवर चर्चा करण्यात आली, ज्यामध्ये दोषींविरुद्ध कडक कारवाई करण्यावर लक्ष केंद्रित करण्यात आले. महाराष्ट्र डिपॉझिटर्स प्रोटेक्शन अ‍ॅक्टचा उल्लेख केला गेला, ज्यामुळे दोषींच्या मालमत्तांचा जप्त करून ठेवीदारांना परतफेड केली जाईल. नागरिकांना उच्च व्याज दराच्या योजना अटीतटीने पाहाव्यात असे सांगितले गेले, कारण अशा योजना फसवणूक करण्यास कारणीभूत ठरतात. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी राज्यात पाँझी योजना आणि आर्थिक फसवणुकीला रोखण्यासाठी एक फायनान्शियल इंटेलिजन्स युनिट स्थापन करण्याची घोषणा केली.
